Last Saturday we photographed the 2nd birthday of Rohan, at the Holcombe Brook Sports Club. Attended by family and friends, this important event marked the second milestone in young Rohan’s life. And what a glorious day for shooting this birthday party! With the sun shining; a bouncy castle; and a rodeo bull machine, this event was enjoyed by adults and children alike.

Last Thursday we attended a spectacular party in Altrincham, Manchester. This event was thrown in aid of the opening of the new office for an independent law firm. With over 500 guests in attendance, this stunning occasion was attended by the dedicated employees and respected clients of the firm. We thoroughly enjoyed photographing this event, here are a handful of images:

Last Saturday we were invited by Caroline's family to shoot her 50th birthday party. Her family, friends and Caroline herself made us very welcome and of course this led to capturing some fantastic moments.

For the first corporate job of the February, we headed to Manchester Central to shoot Gazprom's annual conference. Just to give you a little background on the company: Gazprom Energy is an award winning supplier for gas and electricity to business across the UK. They have a passion for great customer services; have backing from one of the world's largest energy companies; and they pride themselves on being easy to do business with and keeping things simple and clear. This conference was for all of their employees and to discuss how they can improve their services and grow the company further.
We provided the photography throughout the day with on-site editing and publishing key shots for their social media outlets. Here are a selective few from the day:

Anne-Marie and Mark celebrated an important milestone in their life on Saturday at the Victoria Warehouse in Manchester. Their joint 21st Birthday was attended by their closest friends and family and the music on the night was provided by Six15 artists. It was such a fun event to be a part of and we will let the photos speak for themselves:

For the first time ever , Transport Times hosted their Transport awards evening outside of the London. The venue for this special event was at the Midland Hotel in Manchester, which for anyone who has visited this venue will know, it is truly spectacular. With over 400 guests attending from across the transport industry, this event was a milestone celebrating the best of transport services in the North of England. This event was hosted by the entertaining BBC presenter Steph McGovern. Here are a small selection of this evening:

The construction giant firm, Laing O’Rourke held their annual management awards event at the impressive Chairman’s Club in Etihad Stadium, Manchester last week. This was an exclusive event celebrating the best of the management team at the firm in 2016. The venue was stunning, and it was a great pleasure to be asked to photograph this prestigious event.

A couple of weeks back we covered an amazing event at a converted barn on the outskirts of Manchester. It was Pippa's and her Dad's joint party, filled with lovely people who all seemed to have a belting time. Here's a few from the event.

Last weekend we were at the delightful Place Aparthotel in Manchester to cover Tashi's Bat Mitzvah. This was a mind blowing event, themed around the Oscars and oozing class. Here's a small selection of images from the event. Mazel Tov (I'll be honest I had to Google that)
This one was our last job before Santa rocked up and it wasn't half a good un. It was Sage's Xmas Party and we've got quite familiar with the faces at this one as we've covered it for the last three years. Anyway, grab a glass of port, maybe even have a nibble on some cheese, sit back and have a look at some of the highlights.
Last weekend we headed off to Leigh to cover Emma and Anthony's Wedding Party, following on from their wedding in Cyprus. Here's a few of our favourite shots. Enjoy.
On Friday night, we were at the delightful Briars Hall Hotel in Ormskirk to cover the PTA Ball to raise money for the local school. Not only did we attend for free, but we also donated £60.00 to the school, adding to their funds to raise money for extra IT equipment. Don't tell us, there's no such thing as a free lunch!

A few months ago, I got an enquiry to cover a joint 30th birthday party for a couple who were both turning thirty. However, there was a curve ball. During this '30th Party', the couple were in fact getting married at the party, which only them, their best friends and me knew about! So, the hundred and odd guests who turned up at half seven had no idea they were in fact going to a wedding!
They wanted the wedding to just be 'part of the party'. I thought this was an absolute belter of an idea, as being a man right in the throws of planning my own wedding (or, if truth be told, watching my better half plan it), the stresses and strains of it all can sometimes be too much, or so I'm told. So, all hail the newly wed Lauren and Mike, a lovely couple and the world's best covert wedding planners. It was an absolute pleasure to cover your party/wedding and I wish you all the best in your future together.
Event Photography at the Place Aparthotel, Manchester
Sunday gone we were at the incredible Place Aparthotel in Ducie Street in the heart of Manchester to cover the annual MJS Student's Ball. The MJS students opted for our pre-paid digital download package, which enables all of the students to download their images securely from our site for free! We provided them with shots upon entry against our mobile studio backdrop set-up and then provided some candid coverage of the night.
