Conference Photography

Photography for your conferences and exhibitions events are just as important as good professional headshots and marketing imagery.  At Tangerine Photography, we understand how important it is to portray your brand in the best light possible and the impact professional imagery have for marketing, social media and internal purposes.

We have been photographing conferences, exhibitions, conventions and trade shows in Manchester and throughout the UK for over 8 years. We are highly experienced in shooting small meetings and gatherings all the way to international conferences. We have worked with an array of corporate organisations and brands such as Google, Lenovo, Samsung, Rolex, Klarna and Boots.  

To achieve the best results possible, we will ensure that your requirements are fully discussed and understood during the booking process. Examples of keyshots we photograph during a typical conference are: close up of keynote speakers, branding, wide angles, panel discussions, networking and crowd engagement.

Our photography approach is in a journalistic and documentary style, capturing the day without disturbing the delegates and interfering with the flow of the day.  We encourage our clients to provide their own photography briefing advising us on any particular shots they would like, so we can ensure we capture every shot required.

Live Social Sharing

We have the ability to provide on-site editing and deliver images instantly to our clients, ready for sharing on social media channels. This is a great way to create brand awareness of your event as well as engaging with delegates and providing live updates to a wider audience.

24 Hours Turn Around

We aim to deliver the final set of high resolution images within 48-72 hours after the event. We do have the ability to accommodate delivery of images within 24 hours for clients who require this, as they may need the images for Press & PR releases the following morning.

Additional Photographers

This is a great option for large conferences with large number of attendees or if you have a number of events (such as talks or workshops) happening simultaneously in different parts of the venue. Having a second or third photographer, will ensure every aspect of your photography brief can be photographed.
