The VIVID celebration at the stunning Kimpton Clocktower Hotel was an unforgettable evening filled with energy, recognition, and entertainment. Our team was there to provide complete event coverage, including professional event photography, videography, and our ever-popular Retro Booth vintage photo booth.

From the first guest arrivals to the packed dancefloor later in the evening, we captured the atmosphere, the celebrations, and the moments that made the night truly memorable.

Event Photography – Capturing the Story of the Evening

Our corporate event photography coverage began with the guest arrivals, documenting the excitement as colleagues entered the beautifully dressed venue. These first moments set the tone for the evening, with guests greeting one another and enjoying the elegant surroundings.

As the night progressed, we continued capturing the drinks reception, where natural interactions, networking and laughter created the perfect candid photo opportunities. This relaxed part of the evening always produces authentic moments that showcase the energy of the event.

On Thursday 9 October 2025, the legal, wills, probate, tax, trust and estate-planning community came together in style for the 8th edition of the British Wills & Probate Awards (BWAP Awards). The glamour, anticipation, and sense of celebration were palpable as more than 450 professionals attended the ceremony at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester.

Setting the Stage: Venue, Hosts & Atmosphere

The Kimpton Clocktower Hotel provided a majestic backdrop, with elegant interiors and sumptuous lighting setting the tone for the evening. From the red carpet arrivals to the champagne reception, the event was infused with a mix of industry gravitas and warm camaraderie.

Early on, attendees gathered for a champagne reception, generously sponsored by Finders International, which offered a perfect icebreaker before the dinner and award announcements.

The host for the evening was Ben Hanlin, whose energy, wit, and sleight-of-hand magic kept the crowd entertained between announcements and speeches. His close-up tricks were a big hit, sparking laughter and amazement around the room.

After the drinks reception, we turned our lenses to the awards themselves . With two photographers, we focused on capturing the winner shots on stage as well as portraits against a professional branded backdrop simultaneously.

As the awards drew to a close, guests made their way to The Vault for the official after party. The celebration continued late into the night, complete with a live band, dancing, and plenty of laughter.

Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of photographing the 4th annual Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards, held at New Century Hall in Manchester. Celebrating outstanding SME homebuilders across the region, the event crowned Blueoak Estates as Homebuilder of the Year and featured a vibrant evening of celebration plus dancing.

Earlier in March, in the bustling city of Manchester, a prestigious event took place, celebrating the heroic work of the veterinary world – The Petplan Veterinary Annual Awards. Held in the iconic Albert Hall, this glittering even brought together veterinarians, nursers, and support staff from across the country to celebrate excellence in pet care and those who go above and beyond to ensure the health and happiness of our beloved companions.

This year’s award ceremony held event had extra significance as Petplan, the UK’s leading pet insurer, celebrated a remarkable milestone, the 25th anniversary of these prestigious awards. Since its inception, the Petplan Veterinary Annual Awards have served as a platform to showcase the remarkable achievements and unwavering commitment of individuals and practices within the veterinary community in championing the welfare of all animals in their care.

The historic venue of Albert Hall, with its ornate architecture and opulent décor, provided the perfect backdrop for an evening of celebration and recognition. From the red-carpet entrance to the dazzling ice sculptures, every detail was meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of glamour and sophistication. Following a champagne reception, the guests were welcomed by the TV’s favourite presenter, Claudia Winkleman and entertained throughout the night by the amazing Function Band.

Throughout the evening, we captured documentary images of the event as well as posed shots of the winners against the professional lit background using our studio lighting kit. We delivered the winner shots the following morning by 9am, ready for press releases and the remaining set of images were delivered the following working day to our client.

Cowgils North West Homebuilder of the Year Awards at Albert Hall, Manchester

For the second year running, we were back at the stunning Albert Hall in Manchester to capture Cowgil’s Homebuilder of the year awards.  

This awards evening celebrates and acknowledges the achievements of small to medium sized home builders in the North West that help to improve communities and meet our growing need for new homes.

In contrast to the traditional black tie and dinner awards ceremonies we are familiar with, the theme for Cowgil’s Homebuilder of the year awards was a festival. This unique theme with top class entertainment and music throughout the evening, created a more casual and exciting approach to the awards ceremony.

There was also a charitable cause for the event; all proceeds made on the evenings went directly to NSPCC Charity.


To capture the evening, we had two photographers on board for this event. This enabled us to setup our professional lighting studio for the step and repeat photographs against the sponsored backdrop throughout the event, whilst simultaneously capturing details and candid shots throughout the evening.

Most recently we have been capturing several Bar/Bat Mitzvah’s around Manchester and Cheshire, and we love capturing these important occasions marking a huge milestone for the family. The latest party was for Matthew’s Bar Mitzvah at Whitefield golf club.

We captured the night as it unfolded; we started with formal family images and portraits of Matthew before the guest’s arrival. We then captured natural and candid images of the guests, the speeches and of course the Israeli dancing.

December was the busiest month we had and unsurprisingly we shot a staggering number of private and corporate Christmas parties across Manchester and the North of the UK. After all, for everyone it has been just over 2 years since they had their last Christmas Party in person, hence every Christmas party was a big occasion to celebrate after such a challenging time.

One of the earliest Christmas parties we shot in December, was for our telecommunication provider, Elite Group. The event was held at the Voco Hotel in Manchester city Centre, and attended by almost all of the company’s staff. It was such a great event to be a part of and capture.

Ultimate Products Summer Party at Barca Bar, Castlefields

It has been a busy few months for us, capturing private and corporate events throughout Manchester. Last month we headed down to Barca Bar in Castlefields, a short walk from where we are based, to capture Ultimate Products (UP) summer party.

 The summer party was attended by the company’s staff as well as Simon Showman, the company’s CEO. After a short speech by Simon, the drinks were flowing and the uplifting music with the addition of the saxophone player made it a night to remember.

 We shot the event as it unfolded and provided a fantastic set of natural and posed images to our client. Here is a small selection of photos from the evening:

A few weeks ago, we were asked by Rasneep to capture her milestone 40th birthday at the family home.

The joyous occasion was attended by Rasneep’s closest friends and family in a Marquee set at the garden, shielding everyone from the day’s heavy rain.

Despite the weather, the day was filled with laughter and jubilation, marking a significant milestone for Rasneep. As always, we captured a perfect mixture of natural and posed images, ensuring every moment is recorded and cherished for years to come.

Multi Celebration Gathering in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

COVID has truly put a pause on events and celebrations since last March, but we are slowly seeing more small events and celebrations happening, and earlier this month we captured a multi celebration gathering for one of our clients in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

This event was a celebration for the several 50th & 60th birthdays as well as a wedding that the families were unable to celebrate due to COVID restrictions. It was a small outdoor gathering of 30, hosted by our client at their family home in Wilmslow, attended by their nearest and dearest to mark the missed occasions.
