Event & Party Photographers Manchester – Eden’s 100th Day Celebration

A couple of weeks back we covered an event type we’ve never covered before.  It was a 100 day celebration, otherwise known as 'baek-il'.  This is a Korean tradition and is basically a celebration of the first 100 days of their child’s life.  Initially, we headed to the family’s apartment in Deansgate, Manchester to capture both candid and posed shots.  Afterwards we followed the family (we we’re invited!) to San Carlo Bottega restaurant in Selfridges where they held a little party for their cute little boy, Eden.  Here’s a few of our favourite images from the day.

Corporate Event Photography - National Football Museum, Manchester

Last week we were at the wonderful venue of the National Football Museum in the heart of Manchester to cover a corporate Xmas Party for CHEP (A supply chain solutions company).  We've covered a number of events at this amazing location and this corporate knees-up was certainly up there with the best of them.  Here's a few of our favourites.

Event Photography Manchester - Yusuf's 1st Birthday Party @ Manzil

Last weekend we were at Manzil in Manchester to cover Yusuf's 1st Birthday party.  This is a great venue for parties and we've covered many there in the past.  However, this one really was a belter and the attention to detail was superb.  There was everything to keep the kids entertained and they all seemed to have a ball!  Here's some of my favourites.

Wedding Party Photography Manchester

A few weeks back we covered a lovely little wedding in the idyllic village of Hale in Cheshire.  It was a very informal affair; the couple literally just nipped round the corner to their local church for the ceremony and then everybody ventured back to their stunning house for food and a few drinks.  Here's some of our favourites from the day.  Enjoy.

Tennis & Pool Party (with Pimms!) | Event Photography Malpas, Cheshire

Last weekend we hot-footed it down the M6 to the lovely little village of Malpas  in Cheshire to cover a big farewell party.  Florence and her family we’re moving out of their incredible family home and decided to throw one last big party with all their friends and family.  If Carlsberg did parties, this would be it.  There was a massive tennis tournament on their courts, pool party, hog-roast, live band and most importantly, Pimms on tap.  What more could a man want from a party.  Anyway, enough of  my drivel, here’s a few of my favourites.

Pippa and Paul's Wedding Party | Cheshire Event Photographer

A couple of weeks ago we headed to the gorgeous 'Hall at Marthall' in Knutsford to cover Pippa and Paul's Wedding Party.  Pippa and Paul weren't your average bride and groom; they didn't get married in a church or registry office.  They got married whilst sky-diving in Vegas!  Have some of that!  To celebrate their adventurous wedding in the sky, they threw a lavish party at the hall at Marthall for their loved ones.  Lovely venue, lovely people and a few lovely images to summarise the day ...

Party Photography Lytham St Annes | Lois's 90th Birthday

Yep, you read it right.  Here's Lois at the ripe old age of 90 celebrating her birthday with her family and close friends.  Lois invited us down to capture the day and provide her with memories of this special occasion.  Not for a second would you think she was 90, quick witted; light on her feet and full of legendary stories.  Here's a few of our favourites (images, not stories.  They were too explicit!)

We recently headed to the incredible Lowry Hotel in the heart of the city to cover their staff party.  If you ever get chance to stay at the Lowry, do it, the place is 5 star luxury from top to toe!  Anyway, here's a few of our favourite shots from what was awesome event.

This one was our last job before Santa rocked up and it wasn't half a good un.  It was Sage's Xmas Party and we've got quite familiar with the faces at this one as we've covered it for the last three years.  Anyway, grab a glass of port, maybe even have a nibble on some cheese, sit back and have a look at some of the highlights.   

Event Photography Manchester | Arrow Global PLC | The Lowry

Last Thursday we were at the delightful Lowry Theatre in Manchester, providing our event photography services for another Xmas Party.  This time it was Arrow Global PLC’s annual shenanigans. The guests started the night in the Promenade Gallery, which are currently running an exhibition called ‘Behind the Mask’.  The gallery was therefore housing hundreds of incredible portrait shots of all the Oscar winners over the years and really did make an impressive backdrop for their champagne reception.  A few glasses were had and they went up to the impressive Compass Room for dinner and to sink a few more shandies.  Superb night and here’s a few of our favourite shots.  Enjoy my mince pie eating friends.

Corporate Xmas Event Photography Manchester | Slattery's

It’s that time of year again!  Corporate Xmas Party time, where your skinflint boss sticks his hand in his (or her) pocket and puts on a bit of a do for all the hard work, facebooking and gossiping you’ve done for the preceding 12 months.  Most get more drunk than they would on any other night of the year because the boss is paying, Margaret from payroll ends up snogging Derek from Accounts and somebody tells the boss what they really think of them.  What’s not to love?!  Anyway, we’ve covered quite a number of these this year and we bloody love em!  This one was Slatterys, Manchester’s premier Patissiers and Chocolatiers and they didn’t half put on a shindig.  Here’s a few, enjoy you festive little humans.

Event Photography Cheshire | Poppy's Christening

Here she is, it's little poppy. Just one year old and thankfully didn't have to witness any of this black Friday sales madness I did yesterday whilst popping to Asda for my lunch time butty! Anyway, I digress. Sunday gone, I headed to the beautiful village of Higher Walton in Cheshire to cover her christening. There was no coverage of the ceremony, purely formats after, followed by some reportage coverage at the party at their gorgeous cottage. Here's a few of them. Enjoy.

Alex's 21st Hootenanny | Stanley House | The Ribble Valley

Last Thursday, we ventured off to Stanley House Hotel to cover Alex's 21st.  Lovely lad with a great family who'd come down from Scotland to celebrate this special occasion with him.  Entertainment was provided by the superb six15events, with DaxonSax smashing the roof off and giving everybody a lesson on how to 'own' a saxophone.  Here's a few of my favorites from this event.  Enjoy, but most of all enjoy your weekends my little friends.
